Brush Roll Finishes
Brushwood roll finishes, or tops, are used to finish off the tops of raw brushwood panel fences. The brushwood roll top can be applied to the offset and inline types of panel construction. In the inline style, where the posts are exposed, roll finishes are used to conceal the posts. The brushwood roll is contoured over the posts, creating a continuous brushwood appearance.
The brushwood roll finishes come with wire ties which are used to ¡°tie off¡± the roll.
On brushwood fence tops, constructed with the raw panels, the ¡°tie off¡¯ wires are wrapped around the top fence support rail, which is usually a metal pipe or similar material. The finishing tops are blended in each other for a seamless finish.
Where brushwood rolls are used to cover the posts, the ¡°tie off¡¯ wires on the rolls are tied off around the post or on the wires which run along the raw panels.
Brush roll finishes are available in the following sizes:
- 1800 mm lengths.
- 2400 mm lengths.
