Chainwire Fencing
Galvanised Chainwire fencing
 |
Galvanised chainwire fencing is one of the most commonly used fence materials, and with good reason.
It's very efficient, economical and serves a wide range of applications, from urban residential, industrial and rural.
If cost, appearance, security and durability are your key requirements, galvanised chain wire is the material of choice.
Typical uses are:
- Residential and rural properties.
- Factory enclosures.
- Building site enclosures.
- Sporting applications- cricket nets, tennis courts, softball/baseball nets, sporting field perimeters etc.
The Fence Barn can supply, or supply and erect the rolls, posts, post caps, rails and joining couplings. Galvanised chainwire fence rolls can also be erected and nailed onto timber posts, or timber posts with timber rails, in which case we have special U nails for this purpose.

PVC Coated Fencing
 |
PVC wire coated fencing is virtually identical to the galvanised fencing wire, the exception being the wire is coated with protective PVC.
Applications are also the same as galvanised fencing. The PVC chainwire adds a more aesthetic look to the fence or gate. The primary standard colours are black and green.
In residential applications, PVC chainwire combines well with timber posts and rails which can be easily painted to produce attractive fences and gates. Where PVC chainwire is combined with metal posts and rails, the posts and rails can be powdercoated to suit.
